Sound Effect Stacks Delivery Policy

Applies to purchases and visits on Sound Effect Stacks.

1. Digital-only fulfilment

Sound Effect Stacks sells digital products, links, software, licences, and/or bookable services. No physical shipping is provided unless a listing expressly and lawfully says otherwise.

The 3DIMLI Delivery Policy is incorporated for the platform delivery process.

2. Delivery timing and method

  • Downloadable products and licence access are normally made available in the buyer's 3DIMLI library after successful payment confirmation.
  • Link products are delivered through the access method described in the listing.
  • Software keys, custom files, or manually fulfilled items follow the timeframe disclosed before purchase.
  • Bookings are delivered through the confirmation, schedule, meeting details, or other instructions shown for the service.

Payment review, fraud checks, gateway delays, or seller-disclosed manual fulfilment may delay access. A receipt or order record does not override a failed or reversed payment.

3. Access problems

Check the 3DIMLI purchase library, the email address used at checkout, spam folders, listing requirements, and any seller instructions. If access is still unavailable, contact store support with the order ID and a description of the problem.

Failed or materially incomplete delivery may qualify for review under the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Buyer responsibilities

  • Use an accurate email address and account, maintain access to them, and keep sign-in details secure.
  • Review file formats, software versions, hardware, language, region, licence tier, and other compatibility requirements before purchase.
  • Download or securely retain eligible files and licence records within any access period disclosed on the listing or platform.
  • Do not share delivery links, keys, files, meeting details, or account access except as the purchased licence expressly permits.

5. Updates, replacement files, and availability

A purchase includes only the version, files, support, updates, and access period stated on the listing or licence. Future upgrades, new editions, cloud availability, and indefinite hosting are not included unless expressly promised.

The seller may replace a corrupted or unsafe file, correct delivery instructions, or withdraw unlawful content. Equivalent delivery or another mandatory remedy will be offered where required by applicable law.

6. Evidence and delivery status

Platform order, payment-confirmation, delivery, access, download, booking, and support records may be used to establish whether and when fulfilment occurred. A delivery status does not remove your right to report a defect or exercise a mandatory remedy.
